SERENITY & PEACE

Buddhism is a religion and philosophy that originated in ancient India and has been practiced for over 2,500 years. At its core, Buddhism is a path to inner peace and enlightenment, and many symbols and icons are used to represent this path and its teachings. One of the most important and recognizable symbols in Buddhism is the Dharma Wheel, also known as the "Dharma Chakra" in Sanskrit. The Dharma Wheel is a symbol of the Buddha's teachings and represents the path to enlightenment. The wheel is typically composed of eight spokes, which represent the Eightfold Path of Buddhism. This path is the path to the end of suffering and the attainment of inner peace. The Eightfold Path is composed of the following eight steps: right understanding, right intention, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, and right concentration. Each of these steps represents a different aspect of the path to enlightenment and helps to guide practitioners on their journey to inner peace.
