Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide with the exception of just a few countries due to shipping restrictions. The countries we currently don’t ship to are as follows:
Philippines, Indonesia, Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Syria, Russia, and Ukraine.
How long will my order take to deliver?
Most orders are usually processed within 24 hours from receipt of payment Monday to Friday.

Will I have to pay any customs fees?
We are confident that there will be no customs fees. However, we are not responsible for customs or import dutues.
If any such costs are required, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the balance.
Where do you ship from?
Orders are shipped from our fulfilment centers in China and Singapore.
This allows us to offer free, fast and efficient shipping worldwide!
What are my delivery options?
We currently only offer one standard, tracked shipping option, which is free!
All shipments are sent prepaid, so there are no unexpected taxes or fees upon delivery.

Can I amend/cancel my order?
Contact us within 24 hours if you wish to amend or cancel your order.
We aim to ship out orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee any changes will be made. It is your responsibility to ensure you check out with the correct items and shipping info.
